the glitter is all too soon gone with the wind...good to stay grounded...is this your typewriter..? very cool, learned typing on one like this...seems ages ago..smiles
Yes it is mine. I picked it up a few weeks ago on craigslist, It weighs too much to lug around so I have another on the way. I love experimenting with different media. And I just love writing poetry on a typewriter...smiles
I am curious how you interpret this. I can see some possibilities, and I actually think I meant something else when I first wrote it...but now I am not so sure. :)
Thank you. I have always disliked writing poetry on the computer. I have trouble connecting with my words and hand writing or typing helps me connect so that is how I present.

ReplyDeleteThank you for helping me brush up on my poetry terms. :) Thanks for the read!

DeleteI agree, the ground is good...everything good starts there. And, that photo of your typewriter is simply magnificent!
ReplyDeleteI guess I interpret this differently then others... I concur on the photo, however. Very cool image.

DeleteI agree that if we really look closely, ground is beautiful and it is the stuff of which we are made. Nice.
ReplyDeleteYes it is. I love the smell of earth.
DeleteThe ground most of the times is more precious than gold!
ReplyDeleteNicely written, loved the way in which you have captured the words in the picture :)
